Aspect360 Ltd is run by two directors Colin Pemble and Kit Stokes. All have extensive experience of the planning system, advising on a range of development proposals and leading them through the planning process.
Collectively the practice has been involved in projects of all sizes, types and complexities in many locations across the UK, primarily but not exclusively across Bristol, Bath, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire.

Colin Pemble BSc (Hons) MSc MRTPI IHBC

  • 12 years experience as a chartered town planner, urban design and conservation professional, working in both the private and public sectors.
  • Formerly Urban Design Co-ordinator at Bristol City Council being responsible for achieving high quality development across the City.
  • Successful projects have included Bristol’s Cabot Circus and numerous commercial and residential developments of all sizes.
  • Colin has also considerable experience of dealing with listed buildings and successfully resolving the need for preservation against conversion.
  • Colin’s consultancy experience includes designing new development, preparing proposals for the conversion of historic/listed buildings and sensitive sites in conservation area locations.

Kit Stokes BA (Hons) BTP MRTPI

  • 10 years experience as a chartered town planner, working in both the private and public sectors.
  • Formerly senior development control officer at North Somerset Council and Area Planning Manager for Bristol City Council.
  • Extensive experience of the full range of planning applications, commercial and residential schemes. Whilst at the City Council Kit managed projects including the Bristol Memorial Stadium redevelopment, Redcliffe Village and Wind Turbines in Avonmouth.
  • As a consultant Kit has acted as an expert planning witness for a number of clients at a number planning appeals.
  • Kit’s has an established planning consultancy record across the region with the advantage of experience and key contacts in Bristol and North Somerset.
